Training Design, Customized Workshop
A design thinking workshop aimed to improve the BEACON project of USAID.
The USAID BEACON project launched in 2021 to improve digital connectivity in the Philippines. With this workshop, the team aims to strengthen the project by reflecting on the previous wins and challenges.

In its second year, the USAID BEACON team hopes to strengthen the project by reflecting on the previous wins and challenges of both individual team members and the organization.
Through the kick-off meeting, the team realized the major goal of the workshop, which was to reflect on the team member's individual strengths and project wins and challenges - all three factors which will help improve the project.
The team then used the insights from the kick-off meeting to create learning materials that highlighted design thinking and self-reflection topics.
The team also ensured the workshop had enough time for proper individual and team reflection.
