Innovation hubs are great spaces for learning, collaboration, and creativity. Because of the booming startup ecosytem in the Philippines, more and more startup hubs and co-working spaces are setting up in the country. Most of these creative spaces, however, are in key business areas like Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
The founder of GritXL KPO Solutions, Myla Reyes – formerly the Vice President of SPI Global, approached us to initially help them for the marketing and branding of the GritXL Co-working Space, located in a rural area called Morong, Rizal.
APPROACH AND IMPACT
We partnered with GritXL to not just market their co-working space but to provide them a full design strategy package – from understanding their potential customers at the Morong, Rizal community, creating their brand design and strategy, pricing strategy, digital web design, and programs design.
Backed by our user research and interviews, we also positioned GritXL as an innovation destination in Eastern Rizal.
Today, GritXL continues to grow its operations with the help of the research, assets, and design strategies we co-created with them.
GritXL envisions to be the driver of ICT innovation in Eastern Rizal. We created a branding design system that encapsulates all the other components of GritXL KPO Solutions.
We also created a digital home for GritXL. With simplicity and ease of use in mind, the GritXL website aims to generate leads for the company online.
PROGRAM DESIGN AND DELIVERY
What makes any innovation space thrive is a strong community behind it. To jumpstart the community building programs and activities in the GritXL Innovation Lab, we also proposed the program design and delivery of three events. These events focused on innovation, technopreneurship, agritech, and online freelancing.
The events were attended by students, faculty members, and young professional from Morong, Rizal and neighboring towns.
